PMWC 2026 Group Stage: 4Thrives tops Group A, Vitality runs Group B

The PUBG Mobile World Cup 2026 Group Stage is done. From 6-9 August in Paris, 32 squads split into two groups of 16. Each group played 12 matches. Liquipedia’s final tables put 4Thrives Esports first in Group A on 107 points, and Team Vitality first in Group B on 148.

Grand Finals run 14-16 August 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Ten teams already booked that stage through the Group Stage top five in each group. PMWC 2026 is an S-Tier offline event (Squads TPP) with a $3,025,000 prize pool. Organisers on Liquipedia: KRAFTON, Level Infinite, and the Esports Foundation. The event was moved from Riyadh to Paris on 20 May 2026.

Team Vitality’s 148 is the highest Group Stage total on either table - 40 clear of IDA Esports in second. The direct-qualify cut in Group B was tight at the bottom: S2G at 97 and eArena at 95 sat either side of the top-five line. Tianba and Wolves both finished on 49 (11th / 12th); ETSH and TT Project both on 36 (14th / 15th).

Grand Finals: 14-16 August 2026, up to 18 matches (six per day), with Smash Rule / Match Point applied on Day 3. Match Point threshold: top 1’s points after Match 12, plus 10. First WWCD after a team is Match Point Eligible ends the stage early; otherwise the highest points after six Day-3 matches win.
