PMGO 2026 Season 2 Grand Finals: Wolves Esports win in Lahore, ALA is MVP

Wolves Esports are the PUBG Mobile Global Open 2026 Season 2 champions. They took the title on 25 October in Lahore with an 8-elimination chicken dinner in Game 12, winning under the Smash Rule on 86 points. They were 10th in the table when that match began.

AK Gold Esports finished with the most points (94) and placed 2nd. Wolves take $60,000 and 150 PMGC 2026 points, which guarantee their place at PMGC 2026 in December.

How the title was decided

Field: 16 teams - 12 from the Group Stage, 4 from the Survival Stage
Matches: 12 of a possible 13, six on each day
Match Point: 67 (Horaa Esports' 57 after Game 6, plus 10)
Win condition: first WWCD by a team already on 67 or more. Otherwise a 13th match would decide it

The first five chickens of Day 2 all went to teams below the threshold, so none of them ended the event. AK Gold were the closest case: their 15-elimination win in Game 8 lifted them from 62 to 87, but they were not eligible when they won it. Once eligible, they scored just 7 points across the last four maps.

INFLUENCE RAGE started Day 2 last on 21, won Games 10 and 11 back to back, and finished 7th. Horaa Esports led from Game 4 to Game 7 and were the first team eligible, but finished 16th in Game 12 and 4th overall.

Wolves started Day 2 6th on 39. They reached 68 in Game 11 with a 6th-place finish, then won Game 12 on Miramar. Ten teams were eligible by then, and nine of them were ahead of Wolves. S2G Esports, the PMWC 2026 champions, came 2nd on that map with 11 eliminations and finished 11th overall on 66, one point short of the threshold.
